is cursive still a thing? Is it still taught in school? Sometimes I hear that places have stopped doing this. I guess I just…

1991. I learned cursive in the third grade and was required to use it on a lot of assignments up until about sixth grade. I had this one teacher in sixth grade that was a total nazi about it and would make us write the final copies of all of our assignments in cursive, in pen. If you made a single mistake you had to start over. o___= That’s actually the last time I had to use cursive for a class, I think. All of my state tests required me to print the written sections.
